| FAQ WHAT IS THE TYPICAL DAY LIKE FOR AN ACCOUNT EXCUTIVE? There is no typical day for a typical account executive. Every day is different because it is filled with new exciting rewards, and often unexpected challenges. There is one constant aspect however, everyday you will learn more about sales & marketing, and business management. As an account executive, you will work specifically face to face with our customers and clients, learn about the current portfolio, daily responsibilities as a consultant, and eventually train others on how to deal with client interaction, product knowledge, and customer retention. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ADVANCE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION? What is so amazing about our company is that individuals control their own advancement. It typically takes between 12 to 24 months to become an executive director. It is completely dependent on an individual’s eagerness and ability to learn, work ethic, determination, and skill level. WHAT MARKETS DO YOU TARGET? We are responsible for all of Upstate New York and are looking to expand our territory to other markets. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY? We are willing and prepared to consider those individuals with a background rich in people skills. Because full training is provided, experience in the sales and marketing industry is not necessary. |
