| Opportunities As many people know, being in a leadership role often provides a very humbling experience, which is why we put a large emphasis on personal development. The first step in this process is to start out at the foundation of our company as an Account Executive. Upon completion of a certain criteria an employee has the opportunity to advance into a Junior Consultant role within the company. Following the completion of leadership tests and seminars, an employee will be promoted to a Strategic Manager role who would then work directly with the president of the company. Our Strategic Managers are then required to attend seminars to improve organizational skills utilizing the Franklin Covey system as well as the Ken Blanchard methods in Effective Leadership. We feel that if we are to progress as a business we must educate each individual to maximize their effectiveness, which in turn will continue to push our company towards greatness. Full Training Process Account Executive The first step in the development of our employees is field training. During this training you will learn skills that are invaluable and essential to any business. These skills include strengthened communication skills, a healthy work ethic, interfacing with customers, overcoming objections and obstacles as well as entry-level sales and marketing techniques. Junior Consultant Once you have completed your field training, you are ready to take on a leadership role. During this part of training you will learn relationship building techniques, how to teach others skills needed in the field, as well as how to manage a team. Strategic Manager Now that you have become a successful team lead, your skills will be utilized more within the office. You will learn to review resumes and perform telephone calls for prospective new employees, interview potential new recruits, learn to process payroll and run the day-to-day operations of a busy sales and marketing office. This training is essential in order to move into a senior level management position. |
