| Our Staff President: Dustin Fansler Dustin grew up in Minnesota near the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area competing in many sports including ice hockey, football, baseball, track and cross country skiing. He attended Winona State University and majored in physics, and went back to his roots in the construction industry after college He started in the business in December 2007, quickly advancing to junior consultant and chosen to help open a new location in Louisville, KY in April of 2008. In Louisville he helped build the office from five representatives and ranked 35th in the country to become the number 1 office with 30 account executives. Promoted to Strategic Manager in January of 2009 he quickly assumed the role of Executive Manager and opened his location in Buffalo, NY in July. CEO: Alan Stafford Alan was born August 20, 1972 to Thomas Janeway Stafford and Jean Lois Whitten Stafford in Galesburg, IL and was raised in Evanston, IL. He graduated Willard Elementary School in 1984, Haven Middle School in 1987 and Evanston township High School (ETHS) in 1990. Alan then went on to graduate from Miami University, in Oxford, OH in 1994 with B.S. degree in Political Science and History. He wasn’t finished just yet and went onto law school at John Marshall Law School, Chicago, IL where he graduated Juris Doctor, J.D. Alan then practiced Juvenile Defense in Evanston Illinois for Evanston Community Defender’s Office for 2 years, moved on to manage a blues club in Chicago, Blue Chicago, until 2007. He was also the V.P. Sales and Marketing for PrivilegedAccess.tv, a company that produced online video advertising from tradeshows until his start with James Brock. Alan was hired August 12, 2008 in Chicago by James doing outsourced sales and marketing for AT&T at Rock Executives. He was then afforded the opportunity to move to Nyack, NY to continue his advancement in outsourced sales and marketing for Verizon at 7 Promotions in March of 2009. He soon moved up the ranks and was promoted to Strategic Manager Sept, 4, 2009 and moved into his management role on February 2, 2010. Strategic Manager: Katie Alexander Katie originates from Kentucky and went to college at the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with honors in Psychology. After her undergraduate degree, Katie went on to pursue her Masters in Clinical Psychology with Morehead State University. During the last semester of her program she became a therapist at a community mental health clinic and also started with the Micalan group in January 2009 as an Account Executive. At the end of school, instead of becoming a fulltime therapist, Katie made the choice for a fulfilling career in marketing and sales. In July 2009, Katie was chosen to help open the office in Buffalo, NY and has since helped the office grow to one of the most profitable in the country. On March 18th, she was promoted to Strategic Manager and continues to grow with the company. HR Administrator: Julie Stanson Julie was born and raised in Buffalo, NY where she often dreamed about becoming a ballerina. She started dancing at the age of 5 and competed in many dance competitions throughout New York until high school. She attended Hutchinson Central Technical High School for two years, where she focused on mechanical engineering. She then finished her high school career at Clarence High School.
